Love Herbalife products
Ok, It has been almost a month since the last time I posted something and the reason es because I was waiting for my nutritional products to arrive. I started last Friday, it has been 5 days and I already lost 5 pounds. I am taking the healthy meal, full of protein,fiber, vitamins and mineral; the thermojetics that gives you energy and burns some calories, extra fiber to clean my colon, a multivitamin and cell activator to help with the better absorption of micro nutrients. I tried other products in the market that are supposed to do the almost the same but nothing happened. I am so excited because I'm 172.8 pounds now and I haven't been this weight since 2010.

This is my plan
My plan is to continue with P90X (start from the beginning) and low carb ingestion. I would love to try this portion control plates. I have seen different prices but sometimes I think is the same if I use like a 1/2 cup measuring cup and is cheaper. I'll completely make french fries disappear from my diet and no more soda for me (good luck with that). I also use protein shakes as a replacement of at least one meal a day.
For better or for worse
Hi, my name is Carla and I'm 36 years old. I'm starting this blog to show everybody my journey to success or failing on losing weight .
Is this anything new?...I don't think so, but I know for a lot...thousands of people like me losing weight seems to be a very difficult goal. Something that always get me very motivated to start this journey over and over again is to see the success stories of other people...so, I hope to be a motivation for somebody or... if somebody is in this same journey and wants to share something with me feel free to leave your comments.
Me, before and now
I started gaining all this weight when I got married. My husband (Chris) is 6 feet 3inches tall and I'm 5 feet 3 inches tall and when we got married I thought I could eat as much as he can hahaha! guess what I was WRONG. Well, long story short I've been trying to lose this weight for the last 8 years. I have tried different things: running, videos, walking, P90X(great video), all of them are great but there is one little big problem, I don't stick to them for too long or I don't have consistency. My most recent example Last month I started my second round of P90X and into the 3rd week we went on vacation, silly me I thought I was gonna exercise while on vacation...all I exercised was my jaw hahaha!
